Kirsten Davies is a globally recognized leader in Cyber Security, Enterprise Transformation, Digital Innovation, Technology Risk Management, and AI Assurance. She is an ardent advocate for the ethical use of technology and AI to support individual's rights.
Kirsten's experience stretches across multiple continents, industries, and Fortune 500/Global 200 companies, where she has served as Chief Information Security Officer for Unilever and for The Estee Lauder Companies, Corporate Security Officer for Barclays (Africa Group), and Deputy CISO for both Hewlett Packard Enterprises and Siemens.
An active investor, she also advises start-ups and VCs and is a member of the National Security Institute's Cyber & Tech Security Council. Across her career, Kirsten has been a catalyst for developing impactful awareness and education campaigns for global corporations' employees and their families, supporting their safety and security in everything from digital communication to online banking to safe social media interactions.

The collective group in our Council has decades of expertise across many Fortune 500 companies and innovative startups alike, with seasoned insights and successful leadership of complex cybersecurity, IT, business, and physical-to-digital operations.
Together, the Council members serve the Institute by providing subject matter expertise and practical insights for our products, publications, and policy advocacy.
